Grant Consultants Ltd is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, promoting our products or services, and closing sales.
You will also be responsible for building lasting client relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.
Promote and sell products or services to both existing and potential customers. Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems. Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Prior experience in sales is an advantage, though we welcome driven entry-level candidates with strong communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Confident negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
