We are seeking a motivated and results-drivensales representative to join our growing pressure washing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for helping residential and commercial clients, targeting hard-to-reach areas and delivering exceptional results. Previous experience in sales or customer service is required, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Duties Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in person to assess their cleaning needs. Provide accurate estimates and explain service packages (driveway cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, fleet cleaning, etc.) to help customers choose the best solutions. Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to grow repeat and referral business. Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional services when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of current pricing, seasonal promotions, and industry trends. Coordinate with the operations team to schedule services efficiently and ensure job expectations are met. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews or referrals. Track sales activity, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or company software. Work hand in hand with the accounts receivable department to ensure timely payment processing and resolution of any billing issues regarding customers. Experience Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or field-based selling is highly required. Ability to identify customer pain points and confidently present effective service solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing, phone outreach, and field-based lead generation. Experience in the pressure washing or home services industry is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply – Spanish-speaking ability is a strong asset.
