About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that drive results. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Present and explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.

  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

  • Accurately track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to implement growth strategies.

  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.

Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to succeed.

  • Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a bonus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
