Job description TC Metal Roofing is a local roofing company and general contractor specializing in metal panels, asphalt shingles, tile roofing, and low pitch materials. We focus on both retail and storm restoration. TC Metal Roofing has been serving the Orlando Metro and surrounding areas since 2015. We take great pride in our work and have recently earned two Best of the Best Awards for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for experienced, professional, energetic, independent people that are willing to learn our products and procedures and who can work with our customers to help navigate them through the home repair process. Once trained you will be responsible to generate business and also run leads provided from our advertising. You will meet with homeowners, complete inspections, and prepare estimates for their jobs. Once jobs are accepted you will create material orders and communicate with our production team to ensure the job runs smoothly. Roofing and/or construction experience is not necessary but is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify potential clients

Complete a damage/photo inspection on clients' homes

Conduct a professional sales presentation

Prepare measurements and estimates

Submit work and material orders for approved jobs

Communicate and coordinate with production team, homeowner, and other other applicable entities

Manage project as necessary

Basic data entry

Complete weekly reports

Pick up funds from homeowner upon completion

Weekly staff meetings

Job requirements: Valid Driver's License

Valid auto insurance

Reliable transportation

Ability to commit to full-time schedule

Work is mostly weekdays, but weekend availability is a plus.

No experience necessary, but preferred.
