Core Responsibilities Sell and promote the firm’s products and solutions to new and existing clients Develop and manage leads through various prospecting activities Re-evaluate customer needs on an ongoing basis to ensure solutions remain aligned Listen to customers to understand their goals and ensure a smooth, consultative sales process Maintain and grow the customer base through proactive outreach and relationship management Represent the firm at local events and community initiatives Support local chapters and groups in community service and fundraising efforts Build lasting relationships with clients and help them work toward their long-term objectives
Qualifications This Sales Representative role requires a background that demonstrates the following minimum knowledge, skills, talents, and traits: Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline High school diploma required; additional education is a plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong listening skills and a consultative approach Ability to engage well with others and a passion for providing an exemplary customer experience Willingness to complete any role-specific certifications or training and pass applicable background checks

Role Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $93,000–$133,000 expected in the first year Expected Hours: Approximately 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday
