We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Port Orchard team. As part of our team, you'll be helping individuals and families start their RV journeys—whether it's their first travel trailer or their dream motorhome. If you're driven, personable, and ready to build lasting relationships with customers, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right RV. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals. Stay knowledgeable on current RV inventory, features, and industry trends. Provide an outstanding buying experience from first contact through delivery. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred, but not required – we provide training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence, resilience, and a goal-driven attitude. Ability to thrive in a team environment while taking ownership of individual results.
