Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to recent and prospective customers Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services (TV, security, automation, portfolio products) Manage sales pipeline and own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing the sale Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas including calls made, conversions, and revenue generated Update CRM records with customer interactions and sales outcomes Close and process sales through vendor portals and related platforms Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and competitor trends to speak confidently and persuasively Participate in regular sales training, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum : High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound closing role Skilled sales professional with a proven ability to influence, communicate effectively, and consistently drive sales against quotas Proven ability to manage a sales funnel, prospect, and cold-call effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Self-starter, goal-oriented, and eager to grow Comfortable handling objections and following scripts with flexibility Available to work a Monday-Friday, 11-7 or 12-8 schedule and flexible for potential weekend coverage with growth of the business Preferred : Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous leadership or supervisory experience Familiarity with CRM software and call tools Previous sales experience in telecommunications, home security, automotive, solar, or call center/contact center Apply Now If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level and be part of a mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
