What You’ll Do
As a inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand—welcoming clients, designers, and homeowners into our showroom and guiding them through the exciting process of selecting the perfect countertop. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences and driving sales success.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
· Greeting and assisting showroom visitors with warmth and professionalism
· Providing expert product knowledge and design advice
· Keeping the showroom fresh, organized, and inspiring
· Educating customers on materials, finishes, and installation options
· Preparing quotes and following up to close sales
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
· Answering phone inquiries and offering helpful solutions
