Job Overview

Route 1 Motorsports is 2 years in and growing fast, we sell cars, trucks, commercial units and more, as a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting and selling products or services. Duties

- Conduct product demonstrations to potential customers

- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and secure new business opportunities

- Utilize social media to generate more customers

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives

- Develop and implement strategies for business development

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred

- Must have a valid driver's license and some automobile knowledge

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation
