Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through consistent and positive interactions. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered to effectively present and sell to customers. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through proactive customer outreach and pipeline management. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for an enhanced customer experience. Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable inputs into sales strategies.
Requirement Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree in Business or a related field is advantageous. Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but would make an exception for the right personality. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively. Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience in providing excellent service and focusing on customer satisfaction. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
