RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
QUALIFICATIONS Prior customer service experience is required
Prior inside sales experience is aplus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry
Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community
You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check
