You willestablishand drive a Rhythm of Business (ROB) that ensures cross-team engagement and quarterly skilling plan motions.They serve as the strategic backbone of MCAPS’s skilling ecosystem, ensuring every investment advances the world’s most capable and technically skilled salesforce.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 7+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience managing end-to-end business processes and driving operational excellence.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent AND 8+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 10+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR equivalent experience.
Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
Integrated Learning IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.

Drive accelerated business Outcomes - Translate business priorities into skilling programs that accelerate execution and drive measureabel results.
Championing Scale - Design strategies that priorities high-impact initiatives while achieving and optional balance between scalability and the agility to adapt to evolving business needs.
Drive Impactful skilling strategies - Develop comprehensive skilling plans that align stakeholders, measure effectiveness, and adapt to meet organizational goals and evolving needs.
Strategic Skilling Leadership
Serve as the primary account manager for core business stakeholders.
Align skilling strategy to business priorities with actionable plans.
Build and manage a consistent stakeholder Rhythm of Business (ROB).
Coordinate stakeholder communications across Sales Skilling to ensure clarity and eliminate redundancy.
Skilling Strategy Development
Partner with core enablement teams, role owners, and WWL content managers to develop skilling strategies for customer-facing roles.
Deeply understand business needs, role functions, and skilling requirements.
Advise on how tenure, level, and capability influence individual skilling plans across career stages.
Act as a learner advocate, prioritizing time and focus on critical business and learner success areas.
Drive cross-functional engagement to align WWL programs with skilling needs and identify gaps for improvement.
Contribute to program and content development as the voice of the business.
Skilling Rhythm of Business (ROB)
Develop and manage ROB to ensure timely creation and communication of skilling plans.
Manage skilling plan input and executive approval processes.
Lead change management for adjustments to approved plans.
Identify and evangelize process improvements for agility and efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships with readiness leads, role owners, and key stakeholders.
Help stakeholders prioritize critical skilling needs and understand WWL’s scope of support.
Provide thought leadership to articulate actionable learning outcomes.
Learner Targeting
Identify anchor and inherited roles based on business imperatives.
Ensure accurate entry of skilling plans into targeting tools and learner portals.
Manage updates and changes to targeting tools and portals.
Reporting & Analysis
Partner with WWL Insights to define success indicators and report on skilling impact.
Establish clear, measurable business outcomes for skilling plans.
Leverage data to gain insights and advocate for plan or content adjustments.
