We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to close. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay aligned on new offerings and updates
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales roles
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
