Our well-appointed showroom showcases a variety of windows and doors, supported by a 71,000 square-foot facility housing a door pre-hanging shop, as well as cabinets, molding, hardware, and Viking appliances. Exceptionally well-appointed showroom featuring number of high-end building materials and products - 10,000 SFT of displays including windows, doors, kitchen, bath, flooring, appliances, etc. Role Description This is a full-time role domiciled out of our Brimingham showroom for a Salesperson. Start-up of our installed division. Leadership opportunity for someone with ambitions to own their own company. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales in home sales and providing excellent customer service. The role includes training installation crews, product training, scheduling, and managing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks also involve developing and maintaining a plan to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales experience and ability to manage sales operations Direct In-Home Sales Experience required Experience in Training clients on product usage Sales Management experience is advantageous Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in the building materials industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
