Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and self-motivated Sales Support Specialist to join Cassia. The ideal candidate will embrace a prospect-centered sales approach, providing temporary coverage for open sales positions, and assisting locations that require additional support. This full-time role requires travel and potential overnight stays to various communities to support sales efforts and help maintain high occupancy rates. The Sales Support Specialist will respond to inquiries, guide personal visits (tours) conduct home visits, and use creative follow-up strategies. You will play a key role in helping communities identify gaps to achieving and maintaining 95%+ occupancy through a strategic sales and marketing analysis, enhancing internal collaboration with community leadership, and/or increasing outreach activities. Your efforts will be supported by an experienced home office marketing team, and an ongoing sales training program. You will also provide training and oversight in ElderMark CRM systems to ensure effective usage across teams.

Wage Range : $75,000 - $85,000
Sales Specialist Responsibilities: Prospect-Centered Sales Approach: Engage with prospective residents and families through personal visits (tours), creative follow-up strategies, home visits and relationship-building. Sales Coverage & Support: Provide temporary coverage for open sales positions, and develop a collaborative relationship with the housing director, director of health services and other site leaders. Offering Additional Support: Work with existing sales directors to evaluate potential occupancy barriers, and offer additional support to reach occupancy targets. Market Intelligence: Using competitive analysis and other resources, provide insights to enhance a community’s market position. First Impressions Oversight: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the community’s appeal to prospective residents. CRM Training & Oversight: Provide training and support for ElderMark CRM systems to ensure effective usage. Sales Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Senior Living Sales or a related field. (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management. (Required) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
