Piper Companies is seeking a Sales Agent Supervisor for a full-time opportunity with an organization focused on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales and operations. This position offers hybrid flexibility and is located out of the Frederick, MD area.

Responsibilities for the Sales Agent Supervisor include: Support the D2C Sales Center Manager in daily team operations and workflow optimization. Supervise and coach sales agents to exceed sales, quality, and productivity goals. Conduct weekly call reviews and coaching sessions to improve sales tactics and agent performance. Ensure agent compliance with life insurance licensing and appointment requirements across all 50 states. Monitor and analyze agent performance metrics including productivity, quality scores, attendance, and time tracking. Lead sales incentive contests, support performance reviews, and career development planning. Assist with training new staff to meet licensing and education requirements. Analyze call center data to improve resource planning and reduce call abandon rates. Resolve customer escalations and agent disputes, promoting a culture of accountability and transparency. Complete administrative tasks including reporting on sales targets, agent monitors, and productivity. Qualifications for the D2C Sales Agent Supervisor include: Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a D2C sales or call center environment. Prior management experience in a D2C sales environment is required. Familiarity with compliance standards and licensing requirements. Experience in the life or health insurance industry is preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and optimize team performance. Compensation for the D2C Sales Agent Supervisor includes: Salary range: approximately $80,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid time off, Paid Holidays, Paid sick leave
