Assists with order placement, account que stions, issue resolution, and  other duties  to ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Job Functions Field  written and verbal  customer inquiries  to place  new orders, follow up  on existing orders, or for problem resolution. Enter sales leads, quotes, and confirmed sales in  the  computer system for tracking and processing. Process customer inquiries and paperwork such as credit applications, freight quotes, custom color matches, returns, and duplicate invoice copies. Follow-up on confirmed sales to guarantee  on-time shipment and delivery. Interface  with sales force to support sales objectives and business growth. Handle dealer account information ,  including commissions. Maintain customer database by updating customer contact information. Provide customers with  the requested  paperwork ,  such as supplier forms and minority certificates. Other tasks/duties as required. work experience requirements One year of  previous work experience in  the  customer service industry is required. Experience in sales and manufact uring industries is recommended. SKILLS Able to prioritize and manage multiple pr ojects and tasks simultaneously. Highly organized and attentive to detail. Strong writing and communication skills.
