DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with strong problem solving and communication skills to join our team in a full-time role based in our corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. This role is responsible for maintaining online content, launching new products, monitoring inventory and pricing, responding to customer questions and reviews, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the company's retail accounts (such as Amazon, The Home Depot, and Lowe's) through timely reporting and internal/external issue resolution.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Online ContentCoordinate with Category Management, Creative, and Sales Systems teams to publish and maintain accurate, up-to-date product and brand content for online product listings and brand pagesLaunch new products in timely and effective manner, coordinating with Product Development, Category Management, and Creative TeamsCommunicate content development opportunities and competitive insights to Category Management and Creative teams to ensure the company's content is best-in-class andTake ownership over content scorecards for assigned accounts to ensure that all products are fully enrichedAccount SupportMonitor online pricing and product availability and resolve price/availability issues through internal and external resolution pathsMaintain accurate customer-specific pricing and inventory feeds and ensure that order fulfillment and billing processes are functioning properly; work with internal and external stakeholders to resolveMaintain expert-level understanding of customer platforms for assigned retail customers, supporting the cross-functional needs of the company's teamsVoice of CustomerProvide timely and helpful responses to end user Q&A and product reviews, escalating customer issues to Customer Service and reporting on trends and areas of concernRequired Skills/Abilities:Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiativesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or the equivalent in related work experience is preferred1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, eCommerce, or related roles is preferredProficient in Microsoft ExcelPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a pensation PackageStrong benefitso Multiple medical plans including HSA availability with company contributionso Company paid disability & life insurance coverageo Generous 401k matchingCompetitive payCasual atmosphere/dog-friendly environment
