Job Purpose:
The Sales Support Associate is responsible for supporting store sales and operations to ensure an elevated client experience at all times. The Sales Support Associate key partner to the store team, upholding TOM FORD FASHION standards through exceptional client service, floor maintenance, transaction management and strong operational support, contributing to both client satisfaction and overall store performance.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Partner with the store team to enhance client experience to achieve sales goals and other KPI’s
Welcome and assist clients, answer question, provide refreshments and ensuring a luxury in-store environment at all times
Support Sales Associates with client appointments, fittings, and special requests as needed
Process all sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency
Manage phone inquiries and direct client requests efficiently and professionally
Prepare and wrap client purchases in accordance with TOM FORD FASHION luxury packaging standards
Adhere to TOM FORD FASHION policies for cash handling, returns, damages, and transfers
Demonstrate professionalism and act as a brand ambassador at all times
Maintain floor presentation and support replenishment of products in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Support back of house maintenance, including cleaning, organization
Partner with back of house and leadership team to support inventory cycles as well as timely and accurate product flow to the sales floor
Ensure fitting rooms, cash desk, and packaging areas are always maintained to TOM FORD FASHION standards
Adhere to TOM FORD FASHION policies for cash handling, returns, damages, and transfers
Job Requirements
3-4 years of retail experience required; preferably in a luxury environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with strong passion for engagement and customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to multitask while maintaining a polished, professional, and luxury-focused demeanor
Ability to excel in a fast paced, high energy and a positive work environment.
Availability to work during Store hours of operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Must be able to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Microsoft Teams, POS and phone systems, cash register and all other office equipment as needed
Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds as required.
