Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming every customer with Ollie's 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach, fostering long-term loyalty. Efficiently managing cash register transactions. Becoming a store expert on inventory and weekly deals to ensure customers receive great value. Assisting with freight logistics, learning the art of effective product merchandising. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. A positive attitude and a passion for delighting customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Capability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Starting pay ranges from $15.25 to $16.00 per hour. Your actual pay will be determined by factors such as work location, experience, skill level, and qualifications, ensuring compliance with minimum wage laws.
