Summary of Position

The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Dynamics commercial growth and delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) to leading global medical device manufacturers. This role helps drive our aggressive sales goals by supporting strategic accounts and collaborating closely with commercial and senior leadership.

Acting as a key liaison between the company and assigned customers, the Sales Support Coordinator promotes the full range of Dynamics products and services, contributes to key account plans, and ensures customer expectations are consistently met. An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth are essential.



Primary Responsibilities

The Sales Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our commercial growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position helps drive sales execution, coordinate internal and external communication, and manage day-to-day operational needs.

Customer Support:

  • Support end-of-life product transitions with OEMs and customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for product compliance documentation and change requests.


Sales & Reporting Support:

  • Prepare weekly sales and open order reports.
  • Manage quarterly customer demand forecasts.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting sales opportunities in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Create and convert quotes into sales and production orders.
  • Handle order confirmations via Ariba and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Support event planning and trade shows.
  • Manage part number creation and project accounting alignment.

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Support:

  • Work with suppliers on delivery timelines and availability to support customer requirements.
  • Share forecast information with purchasing for inventory planning.
  • Help manage dashboards, reports, and trend data.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on customer commitments and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Technology, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Acumatica, HubSpot, or similar systems is a plus.

Physical Demands
