We are currently seeking a hands-on, outcome-oriented leader with a strong customer service orientation to manage the fast-paced world of our Sales Support Department. As Sales Support Manager, you will guide decision-making to support the department’s day-to-day operations and lead a team in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. The position also requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges quickly and cost-effectively. Applicants should have solid experience in data analysis, strategic planning and optimizing workflow efficiencies. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent communication, training and interpersonal skills, along with strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a hybrid position, so candidates should live within commuting distance of our Carson, California, headquarters.
A day on the job looks like this:
Coaching, mentoring and training team members to support their professional growth and ensure exceptional service delivery
Overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Support Department to maintain smooth execution and consistent service quality
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and boost productivity while upholding high standards
Collaborating with your team to resolve issues quickly and effectively, remove roadblocks and drive success
Reviewing reports and workflows to uncover insights, monitor performance and inform strategic decisions
Recognizing and celebrating achievements to foster a positive, motivated team culture
Leading with empathy, clarity and accountability to create an environment where team members feel supported and empowered
Wearing many hats—shifting between strategic planning, hands-on execution and team support—while confidently navigating ambiguity and change
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
5+ years of management experience in sales support, customer service or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
Proficiency with technology and multiple software platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus
ERP system experience is a plus, particularly in managing workflows and integrating data across departments
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively across departments
A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering value and supporting sales success
Detail-oriented multitasker, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
Agility and resilience, with the ability to adapt quickly, juggle competing demands and lead through uncertainty

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $70,500 - $95,500 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
