Sales Support Representative (Retail Products) Location: South Charlotte Reports To: Sales Manager Base Salary: 35,000 to 35,500/year plus commission Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Support Representative to assist our retail sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery. This role supports both the internal sales team and retail partners to help drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with order entry, invoicing, and product tracking Communicate with retail partners regarding inventory, shipments, and product availability Maintain accurate records in the CRM and sales systems Prepare sales reports, product sheets, and promotional materials Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or bachelors preferred) 1+ years in sales support, customer service, or retail coordination Familiarity with retail or consumer product distribution Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: Base + Commission Industry: Retail / Consumer Products
