This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, brand development, and customer engagement while working with a diverse network of independent retailers. You’ll be the face of our brand in the field—helping partners elevate their operations, improve their image, and drive business results.
What You’ll Do
Be a Brand Ambassador : Support retailers in delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience through training, coaching, and image compliance.
Drive Retail Excellence : Help stores improve their performance by implementing best practices in merchandising, marketing, and customer service.
Promote Growth : Encourage retailers to adopt promotional programs, loyalty initiatives, and credit card offerings to boost sales and customer engagement.
Plan for the Future : Guide retailers in operational improvements and long-term planning to ensure sustainable success.
Evaluate & Improve : Conduct image evaluations, facility assessments, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
Collaborate & Execute : Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to implement business plans and promotional strategies.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in sales or sales support, or a recent college graduate eager to grow in a sales career
Strong understanding of numbers and basic finance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
A collaborative mindset and adaptability to different personalities
Willingness to travel daily within your assigned region
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
