This remote position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

What you´ll do Coordinate and take notes for all national distributor and channel team meetings Manage the sample order tracker and maintain mailing list updates Deploy trade communications to customers (e.g., discontinuations, price lists) Manage customer deployment of key items (deal sheets, new item setups, MSDS sheets, etc.) Maintain SharePoint and Teams channels for the team Own and manage the budget and promotional tracker for Professional and the customer discount channel Clear all credit clearing and deductions for Professional Channels Ensure timely submission of monthly sell-out data to headquarters Process orders and provide concierge-level service for direct accounts Maintain and update customer and product databases to ensure data accuracy Support the sales team’s daily efforts with process follow-ups, documentation, and coordination Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and tracking tools – an analytical mindset is a plus. Assist the education team with payroll, travel requests, and sample coordination for independent contractors
What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales—preferably within the beauty industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with data—able to analyze, interpret, and present findings clearly to support business decisions. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
