The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to our OneAmerica Financial Sales Reps and Brokers throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes. This role supports the OneAmerica Financial vision, mission and values by supporting sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with customers and providing assistance to other employees.

What you will do: Process requests for proposals (RFPs) and sold cases, ensuring necessary documents are in good order

Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to provide accurate proposals to our brokers

Create enrollment materials

Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are achieved

Identify process improvement opportunities

Contribute to departmental projects

Create and maintain process documentation What you will need: High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Must obtain Life and Health License within 1 year from date of hire

2+ years of Group Life and/or Disability work experience

2+ years in an Operations or Customer Service role

Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background Salary Band: 03B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
