About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and customer-focused
Sales Support Coordinator
. This role supports a network of independent distributors and internal sales specialists, helping drive growth through strategic coordination, lead management, and performance tracking.
You’ll be the go-to resource for distributor support—providing timely product and pricing information, managing CRM data, and collaborating across departments to ensure distributor success.
Key Responsibilities
Support distributor development and sales efforts with accurate and timely information.
Research and qualify sales opportunities pursued by distributor partners and internal teams.
Identify distributor needs and collaborate internally to develop tools and resources.
Distribute and track sales leads using CRM systems.
Provide prompt follow-up on requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and analyze distributor performance data to identify market trends.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in sales
Strong understanding of manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred.
