individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler.
Job Description: As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our
clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and
ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional
manner
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple professionals
Confirming and reminding clients of their appointments
Updating and maintaining client records in our database
Handling any scheduling conflicts or changes with a positive attitude
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be a
plus
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
1 year of customer service or support experience
Ability to motivate and influence clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
1 year minimum experience using MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Outlook
Calendar, SalesForce and Calendly (or similiar platforms)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
