The Sales Solutions Support Specialist will provide assistance via phone and email, ensuring applicants have the necessary information to complete their applications. This role involves maintaining accurate documentation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Assist applicants and partners with application inquiries, providing clear guidance and support. Document all inbound and outbound communications in the CRM system accurately. Maintain a thorough understanding of available plans and benefits to answer questions effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, Outlook, and other internal systems. Support special projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Be available for overtime during peak seasons to meet business demands. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus. Perks:
