As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting walk-in customers and collaborating with our outside sales team, drivers, and warehouse staff. Your contribution will ensure that our customers' needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position offers a chance to engage in counter sales, provide phone support, and be integral in driving our business forward. Qualifications: Proven experience in assisting customers with their purchasing requirements, whether in-person or via phone. Interest in generating new sales opportunities by reaching out to potential customers. Intermediate computer skills to accurately input sales orders and handle cash transactions. Reliable, safety-conscious, and a collaborative team player. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory. Able to embrace a positive and motivating work culture focused on success and enjoyment. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and dependable transportation to and from work.
