Year Up United is an intensive job training program lasting one year or less, designed to empower young adults through skill development in the classroom, access to internships, and job placement services accompanied by personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants in Year Up United also benefit from an educational stipend. This program merges technical and professional training with internship opportunities and job placement support provided by our industry-leading talent placement partner, YUPRO Placement. Internships may be available with top organizations, such as Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, or Merck, among many others. Eligibility Criteria: To apply for Year Up United, you must meet the following requirements: - Have a high school diploma or GED - Be eligible to work in the U.S. - Be available Monday through Friday for the duration of the program - Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills - Not possess a Bachelor’s degree - Be prepared to answer additional screening questions during the application process. You’ll receive ongoing support and guidance to successfully launch your career. Participants will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during their internship. Remarkably, 75% of Year Up United graduates secure employment or enroll in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
