Job Summary Sales support will be responsible for assisting Account Executives in the field. Sales Support will work alongside the Account Executive in connecting clients with the appropriate Resources, package exceptions, and aid in customer service escalations. Job Duties Deliver Welcome Calls Utilize the CRM for Identifying, contacting, and notating Dormant Accounts for the purpose of reactivating them Provide TPO Portal Support (all portals) & Login Credentials Ask for additional loans and scenarios Request an introduction to other Loan Officers or Processors who may need login credentials and system support Loan-level support of general pipeline, assisting in Running DO & restructuring files /COC Competencies Looks for ways to improve and promote quality of work and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Communicates clearly and confidently in writing, speaking, and digital formats, adapting style and tone to suit the audience and purpose. Demonstrates forward thinking by planning ahead, seeking out improvements, and acting decisively to move work forward. Work Environment Remote: This role is fully remote and performed from the employee's home or another approved off-site location. The company provides essential equipment such as computer, headset and webcam. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are expected. Minimum Qualifications 3 years of mortgage industry experience Familiarity with Encompass Preferred Qualifications CRM Management skills Proficient in Excel
