In this vital leadership role, you will inspire, coach, and mentor a team of in-home sales professionals to provide an exceptional customer experience. Collaborating with National and Regional Sales leadership, you will implement market-level strategies designed to drive profitable growth in the replacement window and door segment. Highlights of Your Role: Spend about 75% of your time in the field (3-4 days/week) observing and coaching sales representatives. Conduct ride-alongs, role-playing exercises, and targeted training to boost sales performance. Establish and nurture strong client relationships to foster repeat and referral business. Lead weekly sales meetings centered on performance reviews and team motivation. Assign customer appointments and manage sales representatives' schedules for peak efficiency. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives to strengthen the team. Achieve key performance indicators, including close rates and overall sales volume. Provide ongoing performance feedback while collaborating with leadership and HR on improvement plans. Utilize reporting tools to track metrics and maintain accountability throughout the team. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies. Support regional marketing and sales initiatives enthusiastically and consistently. You're a Good Fit If You Have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience leading sales teams with a proven success record. 2+ years of high performance in in-home sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and schedules effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfort with digital tools and sales technology to maintain productivity and connectivity. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A willingness to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson license from the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC), if not already certified.
