Lytegen, a leading solar sales company is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead This role requires hands-on management, sales experience, and leadership experience. We have a lead by example culture and you'll be able to maximize earnings by closing your own deals Responsibilities: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set appointments to educate homeowners on solar and energy-saving solutions. Present customized proposals that align with the customer's energy needs, financial goals, and property specifications. Close deals by walking homeowners through available programs, benefits, and next steps with clarity and professionalism. Motivate your sales team, uphold standards, and coach according to KPIs and metrics. Continuously meet or exceed monthly close targets and maintain a high sit-to-close ratio. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude CA Drivers license Driving your personal vehicle is required for local sales presentations Personal laptop or tablet for sales presentations Required to work full-time in office in Sacramento, CA 40+ Hours per week Benefits: W-2 Position with full-time hours Access to group rates on insurance (indemnity, dental, disability, life, etc.) Snacks and refreshments provided in office Industry Leading Training and Coaching Hourly Base Pay plus Uncapped Commissions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52, $105,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Life insurance License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Sacramento, CA Required) Work Location: In person
