We're looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead from the front-coaching, motivating, and selling alongside our in-house B2C sales team. What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of B2C sales reps who enroll students in music lessons Actively sell alongside the team-handling inbound/outbound leads and setting the tone Create a high-energy, high-accountability environment focused on results and enthusiasm Run daily huddles, 1:1 coaching, and real-time feedback loops Collaborate with leadership on optimizing scripts, offers, and conversion strategies Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales reps as the team continues to scale Who You Are: A proven sales leader with experience in B2C selling and team management Comfortable picking up the phone and leading by example A strong communicator who knows how to motivate and hold people accountable Energized by creating momentum, culture, and results Available to work in-person at our Draper, UT headquarters Compensation & Perks: $50,000 base salary Uncapped commissions - most reps earn an additional $10,000-$25,000+ Significant growth potential within a fast-scaling national brand The chance to make a difference in the lives of families and students across the country
