Sales Technology Specialist

Performs system administration maintaining the integrity of Sales systems and act as the main contact for system related issues and enhancements. Acts as main liaison and system expert for one or more Sales supported systems and handling all requests and system administration
Identify and resolve complex system or process errors maintaining system integrity and data quality
Provide education, assistance and coaching to improve user understanding and productivity
Authorize and maintain system security for all users always ensuring appropriate level of system access
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience
2+ years of systems or process related analysis experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external business partners
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot simple to relatively complex systems or process issues and design specific solutions
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems
Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
