As a Sales Trainee with Regal Resolutions, you will be responsible for forging relationships with customers, presenting our suite of available products, educating them on the features and benefits of each plan, and closing sales deals. You will be required to stay up to date on all service offerings and manage multiple accounts before, during, and after points of sale. You will benefit from training from senior sales team members to learn sales methodologies, customer service techniques, and client relationship management. Responsibilities of a Sales Trainee: Engage and build relationships with customers face-to-face, educating them on product offerings and solidifying lasting relationships based on trust and dedicated sales support Participate in the development and execution of direct sales presentations to customers, assisting them with selecting the right plans to fit their needs Troubleshoot issues for customers and provide thorough customer service regarding billing policies, pricing discrepancies, and technical support Stay up to date on all updates and offerings to ensure customers receive the most relevant wireless solutions Shadow senior sales representatives to learn the ins and outs of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing customers, to providing effective customer service Qualifications of a Sales Trainee: An associate's degree or equivalent, preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer facing position, preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated, proactive individuals looking to grow with a company Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Sales Trainee Position Overview: Employment Type: This is a full-time employee position. Pay: An average of $120-$160 per new customer enrolled; on average, each associate will complete a minimum of 2-3 new customer enrollments per day. Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours guaranteed/week). Location: This position will be based out of our office and an assigned territory to cover. Clients & Products: We work with Frontier customers, promoting and signing up new customers for their services (including their Internet Services and premier Wireless Products).
