Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory, focusing on B2B sales. Establish strong professional relationships and build trust with customers. Connect with key decision-makers to schedule presentations for our supplemental benefits programs. Report daily sales stats and submit weekly schedules and goals to the team leader. Attend business networking events in your territory to generate leads and referrals. Conduct periodic re-services on existing client accounts in a systematic manner. Enter business client information weekly into the CRM. Balance your time between making personal sales and mentoring new sales agents. Qualifications: Licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain it (licensing reimbursement offered). Bachelor's degree or at least 10 years of professional work experience, or nearing completion of your degree.
