Establish strong professional relationships, building trust and rapport. Connect with key decision-makers to present our supplemental benefits programs in group settings. Report daily sales statistics at the end of each workday. Submit weekly work schedules and goals to the team leader. Participate in business networking events to gather leads and referrals. Occasionally re-service existing client accounts systematically. Enter client information into our CRM weekly. Your time will be a blend of achieving personal sales metrics while also training and mentoring new sales team members to enhance their skills.
