Sales/CRM Business Analyst Location: Dallas - this is on-site 4 days per week Start: ASAP Duration: 12/31/25 Skill: Daltile is looking to bring on a Sales Analyst for their Dallas Office. They will be working on showroom customer experience and working on a project that is integrating Salesforce and IBM OMS for their quoting process. They are seeking a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring this transformation delivers both technical excellence and a seamless, engaging customer journey. They must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in identifying process improvements, removing scalability obstacles, and enabling data-driven customer engagement. Project Scope Lead process reviews for quote creation, modification, and conversion across Salesforce and IBM Sterling. Design and document customer journey enhancements across showroom touchpoints. Collaborate with sales reps, showroom stakeholders, developers, and testers. Support data mapping, analytics, and KPI tracking for customer interactions. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on CRM and customer experience. Some understanding of Salesforce CRM and/or IBM OMS platforms preferred. Proven ability to translate customer experience goals into actionable system and process requirements.
