Join a dynamic team navigating a major Salesforce implementation and digital transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce-related projects with a focus on CRM and data application integration
• Drive global collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Manage application rollout and digital transformation efforts
• Use Jira and Project for the Web to track progress and manage deliverables
• Support extranet integration for customer-facing data access
• Contribute to reporting enhancements and local data visibility
• Collaborate with HQ while navigating organizational challenges
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and planning sessions
Knowledge of building system solutions or business applications.
Demonstrate strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable working with and providing formal presentations and updates to all levels of management.
Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create visible value.
Experience in managing projects in a global, matrix environment with internal (IT and Business) and external (3rd Party Service Provider) required.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments.
Ability to quickly learn new domain knowledge to serve varying business needs or groups

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in Salesforce implementations
• Strong exposure to data applications and enterprise CRM systems
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (flexible approach preferred)
• Proficiency in Jira and project tracking tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Project for the Web
• Background in digital transformation initiatives
• Prior work in customer-facing platforms or extranet integrations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
