Pay Range: $44,000 - 159,000 annually (100% Commission Based)

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression ConnectConstantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings Be the ExpertKnow your customers, know your products - find the perfect fit Maintaina good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
