EY is seeking a SAP - Supply Chain Sales Lead - Senior Manager within our Technology practice. The role focuses on selling and delivering SAP Supply Chain solutions to clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver value from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met and risks are managed.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrate SAP solution capabilities and business acumen; stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective system architecture solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants, provide feedback, and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 15 years of related work experience, with a minimum of 10 years driving large SAP Sales initiatives in Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products.
• Proven ability to build and develop SAP market presence and pipeline by aligning client needs with SAP solutions, roadmaps and strategies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain management programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience related to manufacturing-specific technology functions.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred

• Prior experience in the consulting industry.
• Experience leading primary sales initiatives for SAP Supply Chain and other SAP solutions.
• Track record as a workstream or team lead for SAP Supply Chain projects; experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) in Supply Chain modules (Production Planning, Materials Management, Logistics Execution).
• Experience integrating SAP with IBP, MES and SAP QM.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and product lifecycle management (BOMs) and Make to Stock / Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models.
