Our SAP Supply Chain professionals sell and deliver strategic solutions to transform client Supply Chain operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.Your RoleAs a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.ResponsibilitiesLeading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.Skills and Attributes for SuccessLead large-scale sales pursuits across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing client needs. Collaborate with team members across EY practices to effectively serve clients.Cultivate long-term relationships with clients across various sectors, including CXOs, to foster collaboration and trust.Develop market insights by understanding client contexts and aligning them with SAP solutions, roadmap and strategies. Create a robust pipeline by collaborating with sector alliance leads and SAP solution capabilities for prioritized sectors.Utilize an integrated sales framework to proactively drive large-scale SAP pursuits and leverage differentiated client experiences to achieve successful sales.Lead and motivate diverse sales pursuit teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching; foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment while mentoring junior consultants.Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Demonstrate SAP solution capabilities and strong business acumen; stay informed about current business and industry trends relevant to clients.Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology business requirements definition.Proven ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios; expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.At least 15 years of related work experience.At least 10 years of experience driving large SAP Sales initiatives for clients in Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products.Proven ability to build and develop SAP market presence and pipeline by aligning client needs with SAP solutions, roadmaps and strategies.Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain management programs.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.Demonstrated experience managing SAP projects or work streams and overseeing project-based team members.Knowledge of best practices in SAP Supply Chain, with benchmarking and advisory experience in manufacturing-specific technology functions.Proficiency in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%.Ideally, you’ll also havePrior experience in the consulting industry.Experience leading primary sales initiatives for SAP Supply Chain and other SAP solutions.Proven track record as a workstream or team lead for SAP Supply Chain projects.Experience with at least three full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) within SAP Supply Chain modules (Production Planning, Materials Management, Logistics Execution).Experience integrating SAP with IBP, MES and SAP Quality Management (QM).Knowledge of manufacturing operations, particularly in complex industrial equipment or assembly line environments.Understanding of product lifecycle management, including Engineering BOMs and Manufacturing BOMs.Experience with Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models.What We Look ForWe seek individuals who combine deep technical expertise with leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
