StruXure SoCal is growing, and we're looking for passionate and driven Scheduling Coordinator to join our vibrant team in San Dimas! If you're excited by the idea of being the initial point of contact for potential customers, educating them on the possibilities of a custom StruXure pergola, and expertly scheduling them for a design consultation with our closers, then we want to hear from you!

*About the Role: *
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the welcoming voice of StruXure SoCal, engaging with prospective clients who are actively seeking our premium pergolas.
* *Connect & Qualify: *Answer incoming calls and promptly call back online inquiries from potential customers. You'll be their initial guide, listening to their needs, discussing design possibilities for their dream pergola, and answering their initial questions. * *Educate & Excite:* Provide valuable information about our product, sparking their imagination and building anticipation for their in-person design consultation. * *Master of Scheduling:* Skillfully schedule qualified appointments for our sales closers, ensuring a seamless handover and maximizing conversion rates. * *No Cold Calling: *Focus entirely on warm, inbound leads - people who are already interested in what we offer! * *Data Entry & Follow-Up: *Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on inquiries to ensure no opportunity is missed.
