Support Annual Marketing Plans: * Assist the Marketing Manager in creating and executing site marketing strategies aligned with the Merlin brand.
Be the Point of Contact: Handle phone calls and inquiries with a friendly, can-do attitude. Follow up on opportunities that come your way
Admin Superstar: Ensure smooth operations by keeping all administrative tasks up-to-date and in line with company standards.
Leaflet Distribution: Execute and monitor distribution efforts that keep us top-of-mind with the public
Promotions Galore: Manage exciting promotions, from the initial idea to post-launch analysis.
Build Connections: Network with local businesses, schools, and organizations. We're all about making great local partnerships
Keep It Fresh Online: Update the website with all the latest and greatest local content.
PR & Media Relations: Send press releases and maintain great relationships with regional press. Help us shine in the media
Analyze & Report: Gather data, create reports, and share insights to keep our marketing efforts on track.
Team Player: Work alongside other marketing pros, as well as with local, regional, and global teams to bring your ideas to life What You Need
Education: High School diploma (College degree preferred)
Experience: 2+ years in marketing or promotions, especially in executing promotional partnerships.
Skills: Microsoft Office is a must. If you know PhotoShop or video editing, we'll be extra impressed
Communication: Excellent communication skills – you'll be chatting with lots of different people
Organization: You'll juggle multiple projects, so attention to detail and great organizational skills are key.
