Seafood Team Member Job Opportunity As a member of our seafood team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain a clean and organized seafood department to include cases, shelves, and stock rooms. Restock and rotate merchandise as needed to ensure freshness and appeal. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They will also be responsible for restocking and rotating merchandise to ensure freshness and appeal. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Requirements: No prior retail experience required. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions: Our working conditions are dynamic and require employees to work effectively in a variety of temperatures including below freezing, refrigerated environments, and high temperatures above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Employees must also be able to work in a wet and cold environment and handle knives and other cutting equipment.
