The Home Services division of Sears focuses on installed Home Improvement products, including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, bathroom remodeling, and heating and air systems. As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store. Your primary responsibility will be to approach members and customers, offering them the opportunity to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation estimate at their home for any of the home improvement products they choose. There may also be opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads.
