Position Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will take on various responsibilities in our retail shops, offering exceptional service and support. Your role will include cashiering, stocking, and assisting guests with their purchases. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and assist guests with their purchasing decisions. Adapt to store needs, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction by moving between different stations throughout your shift. Maintain visual merchandising standards and aid in store preparation and organization. Manage inventory control, restock merchandise, and help prevent theft. Stay informed by checking emails for company updates and events. Complete additional tasks as assigned, such as running errands and cleaning. Follow safety and security protocols diligently. Engage in ongoing learning about product knowledge through various resources. Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate reporting. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Previous experience handling cash preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills required.
