Position Overview: A successful Retail Store Associate at Duluth Trading Company is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. We embody the spirit of 'Go for WOW!', going above and beyond for our customers. What You'll Do: Become an expert on the Duluth brand and products, offering friendly and solution-oriented service. Add a personal touch to every interaction, from greetings to fitting rooms and registers. Communicate sales and promotions effectively to our customers. Capture customer emails as part of our service standards. Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience. Answer calls with courtesy, providing store information and assisting with customer orders. Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise efficiently. Maintain merchandising and display standards, ensuring the sales floor is welcoming. Uphold cleanliness across all areas of the store, including the sales floor and stockroom. Process all register transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is preferred, but not required. A customer-centric approach. Pride in workmanship and ownership of responsibilities. Strong integrity and trustworthiness. Excellent communication and listening skills. A collaborative team player. Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and reach overhead. Work in varying temperatures of 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas. Use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
